The DLC will feature several cities in the Pelican State, and some were showcased in today’s official post.

We get to see Lake Charles, with its mix of industry and glitzy casinos and hotels. While you won’t be able to actually visit the latter, you can deliver to the local Oil Refinery.

DeRidder is next, and you’ll be able to find landmarks like the Gothic Jail and the Beauregard Parish Courthouse.

We also get to see the industrial hub of Port Fourchon, where you’ll find the shipyards, oil terminals, and a big river port.

In Alexandria, you’ll find the intersection of several major highways: I-49, US-165, US-167, and US-71. It also includes a large power plant and several distinctive churches.

American Truck Simulator is available exclusively for PC, and it’s the sister game to Euro Truck Simulator 2. It has recently been updated to patch 1.55.

We don’t yet know when the Louisiana DLC will release, since SCS likes to announce its release dates only when they’re fairly close. Yet, you can already check out its truck stops, welcome centers, buildings, some cities, more settlements, and its forests and wetlands.

We also know that the developer will soon release an Illinois DLC, and you can already see its truck stops, the city of Marion, Rockford, and Quincy.

The latest state DLC announced by the developer was South Dakota, while a rework has been revealed for the areas around the famous Route 66.

Another big project is the Road Trip feature, spearheaded by the Ford Car Pack, which will expand the simulator’s experience from trucks to cars and pickup trucks, including pure exploration and the delivery of smaller packages.
