SCS Software showcased new screenshots and details of the upcoming Iowa DLC coming for American Truck Simulator.
The reveal shows one of the cities that will be portrayed in the DLC, Davenport.
It includes landmarks like Dillon Fountain, the Figge Art Museum, the Skybridge, the Arsenal Bridge, the Mississippi River Bridge, the City Hall of Bettendorf, and the Waterfront Convention Center, on top of several public sculptures.
In terms of depots where to seek jobs, you’ll find an aluminium factory, a river port, and a quarry.
You can check out all the screenshots below.

American Truck Simulator is available exclusively for PC, and it’s the sister game to Euro Truck Simulator 2. Update 1.55 has just entered its beta testing phase.
We don’t know when Iowa will release, but it’s likely to be the next on the menu. You can also check out its fields, the truck stops, the towns, the road network, more settlements, the bridges, an Ethanol plant, the farming industry, and the river ports.
We also saw plenty of gameplay showing a route from a feedmill depot near Waterloo to an agricultural facility close to Iowa City.
SCS Software also recently revealed Illinois, of which you can see the truck stops, the city of Marion, and Rockford. Another DLC that we know is coming is Louisiana, and we saw its truck stops, welcome centers, buildings, and some cities.
The latest DLC announced by the developer is South Dakota.
Perhaps the most interesting recent announcement is the Road Trip mode, which will let you drive pickup trucks and other vehicles in the same world that has been reserved for cargo transport until now, including new reasons to drive and explore.
