Today, Aesir Interactive and Nacon revealed their latest game in the Life series, Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator, is hitting a bit of a traffic jam. Originally set for a September 2024 release window when it was first announced, the paramedic title will now arrive for PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC early 2025.
The studio and publisher cite a want to “allow time for fine-tuning to ensure an optimal gaming experience” regarding the reasoning for the delay. Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator is the fifth different title in Nacon’s Life series, with this installment allowing players to get a glimpse into the thrilling daily life of an ambulance driver.
Gameplay elements include drawing blood, setting IVs, and defibrillating patients back to life, all while managing and driving the correct route to the hospital to make sure your patients survive after being stabilized. You’ll be faced with multiple unique emergencies and injured patients at once, requiring a fast, steady hand and decision-making skills to try and save as many people as possible.
Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator will also be set in an open world, which is primarily inspired by the city of San Francisco. As such, you’ll have plenty of different traffic troubles and situations to have to navigate alongside the other usual work a paramedic is required to deal with on a day to day basis.
