SCS Software revealed new screenshots of the upcoming Greece expansion for the popular Euro Truck Simulator 2.
The expansion will prominently feature the famous canal which connects the Gulf of Corinth with the Saronic Gulf. According to the official post, it looks almost exactly the same as the real one, and it’ll be crossed by three major bridges, two for road traffic and one for railroad.
We also get to see a nearby gas station and a rest stop where virtual truckers can relax and take a gander at the landmark.
You can check it out in the gallery below.
At the moment, the Greece DLC doesn’t have a release date, but we saw more screenshots a while ago, focusing on a massive cement plant located in Thessaloniki. Looks like SCS Software is going all out to give Greece an unique look and feel.
Euro Truck Simulator 2 is available exclusively for PC. It has recently been updated to version 1.51, with the addition of quite a few features. We already know that version 1.52 will include a spiffy Driving Academy feature that will help aspiring truckers learn the tools of the trade. You can also watch it in action.
A few weeks ago, the game was in attendance at IAA Transportation 2024 in Hannover, once more showcasing the inevitable ties between simulation and real-world transportation and logistics.
Its sister game American Truck Simulator just received the Arkansas DLC alongside the much-awaited Mack Pinnacle truck. The addition of Louisiana has also just been teased, while Missouri is coming.
