Cozy arming simulator fans have put their money where their mouth is, as in just 30 minutes they reached the funding goal for the Kickstarter project My Time at Evershine. It didn’t simply stop there. After just three hours time, the donation amount has already eclipsed $500k.
The original pledged goal was $200,000. As of writing this, there has been $641,715, with more flowing in each minute that passes in the 29 days left to donate.
Announced earlier this summer, My Time at Evershine is being created by Pathea Games the same studio behind the popular My Time at Portia and My Time at Sandrock. The third installment is set to place three years after the previous two games.
The story places players in the shoes of a new playable character in charge of leading a new city-state that has come about after another situation between the Duvos Empire and the Northern Free Cities. There will be over 20 unique NPCs, and eight of them will be romanceable. Six of their designs have art already, and Kickstarter backers will choose the other two.
Gameplay wise, you’ll be able to recruiting settlers, building the settlement, exploring and foraging in the wilderness, and even fight with a new combat system. The social system known to the series also returns, featuring slight improvements to dialogue and interaction.
Other features include home decorating and building, festivals and events, mini-games, and tons of side quests. While there is currently no release window for My Time at Evershine, we do at least know that the game will be released on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
