Today, Independent developer Moon Studios revealed a brand-new trailer for the upcoming co-op multiplayer update for its action-RPG, No Rest for the Wicked Together.
No Rest for the Wicked Together was officially revealed last December in the latest episode of the Wicked Inside developer presentation, teasing some of the co-op content that was to come alongside the update. The trailer below goes even more into depth regarding what the free update will bring, as you and up to three friends will be able to explore the lush and forbidding world of Isola Sacra together.
No Rest for the Wicked Together reimagines the traditional co-op multiplayer of current ARPGs and MMORPGs, letting players share a persistent Realm without needing a host to be online. Shared upgrades to No Rest’s soulslike combat let enemies react naturallyto being cornered or outnumbered, and result in new hand-picked enemy locations.
The update will also add Homesteads where can work together during downtime to share and build housing, visit newly reworked vendors, and employ a simple voting system to keep fellow players from causing too much chaos. In addition to all the co-op multiplayer features, this latest update brings numerous quality-of-life updates to No Rest for the Wicked.
No Rest for the Wicked, initially released as a single-player title back in 2024, is the third full-length game from Moon Studios, following Ori and the Blind Forest and Ori and the Will of the Wisps. In the game, players become members of a holy order imbued with mysterious powers known as a Cerim, and are tasked with destroying an ancient plague that has begun to consume the island Isola Sacra, the Pestilence.

Moon Studios announced earlier today that the game had just reached 1 million copies sold on Steam during its Early Access phase.
No Rest for the Wicked Together is set to release on January 22, 2026, for PC on Steam Early Access. The update is also planned for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, though no release date has been announced.
