Mojang released a new DLC for its ultra-popular survival game Minecraft, focusing on a crossover with the Stranger Things TV series.
The timing certainly isn’t random, considering that new episodes of the popular show were released yesterday, unleashing a flurry of collaborations and marketing initiatives both from Netflix and its partners.
This DLC lets you join the beloved “party” and play as one of the show’s popular characters, including Mike, Will, Dustin, or Eleven. It includes a whopping 49 Skins.
Each character has their unique abilities that will help you solve puzzles and fight against familiar threats from the Upside Down.
You can also ride a bike and wear the iconic Hellfire Club T-shirt.
The DLC can be purchased from the official Minecraft marketplace for 1510 coins or $8.99.
To celebrate the release, Mojang also published a trailer showing off the gameplay. There appears to be plenty of content to enjoy for fans of the cult series that is about to reach its finale on Netflix.
