Dragami Games just released an extensive gameplay look at its highly anticipated remaster of the classic Lollipop Chainsaw, titled Lollipop Chainsaw RePOP.
Specifically, we get to see the full prologue of the game with the shiny new visuals that have been implemented to give this game originally released twelve years ago a new lease on life.
It’s a good chance to see what the game looks and sounds like, especially considering that some of the original licensed songs had to be changed as these licenses did not cover the remaster.
Do keep in mind that the sparkles and colorful effects are part of the RePOP mode option. If you want the original blood and gore, that is still available in Original Mode.
Incidentally, if you’re on PC, the system requirements have recently been revealed and they’re as follows. It’s worth mentioning that the game has been remastered by several developers who worked on the original, including the producer, Dragami Games CEO Yoshimi Yasuda.
