Lastly, the protagonist’s male childhood friend, Masashi Sato, is voiced by Nayuta Sugiura.
We also get to take a look at the “Visual Cinema Scenes,” which is just a fancy way to call animated cutscenes. They will underline important moments.
You can see them all in the gallery below.

We also learn that starting today, the developer will release a series of videos featuring each heroine’s theme song, starting with Akari’s “Anata no Yokogao,” which translates as “Your Profile.”
Incidentally, we learn that the Japanese Premium Edition will include a 2-Disc set containing the 13 episodes of the 1999 tie-in anime series.
If you’re unfamiliar with the original To Heart, it’s a legendary visual novel that debuted in 1997 as an eroge on PC and then debuted on PlayStation with an all-age version in 1999.
It sparked two anime series and even got a sequel, To Heart 2, in 2004.
The remake ToHeart will release for PC and Nintendo Switch on June 26, 2025, and the best part is that it’s coming with localized English text. It’ll be the first time for the story to be officially localized, which is a rather big deal for visual novel lovers.
