Carrying the ICAO code EDDL and the IATA code DUS, Dusseldorf Airport is the fourth busiest in the country, and this particular rendition is made by Aerosoft’s top developers, Jo Erlend Sund and Lukas Veziroglou, who recently made Frankfurt.

It was teased yesterday and during our recent interview with Aerosoft, and as someone who flies to the airport once a year for Gamescom, I can say it definitely looks accurate. That’s not surprising, considering the developers involved, who definitely are among the best in the business.

The airport is available on the developer’s own store for $24.39, and you can see what it looks like in the trailer below.

We also have an extensive gallery of screenshots that you can use to gauge the attention to detail. Interestingly, Aerosoft has shifted away from releasing this airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. This is exclusively made for MSFS 2024, utilizing the new features of its SDK.
