Today the good folks at SCS Software had a double ration of screenshots for upcoming content for its twin games American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2.
Starting with American Truck Simulator, we get to see more of the California Rework coming with update 1.53, of which we saw the first screenshots last week. This time around, we get a deep dive into the big cities, Los Angeles and San Diego.
Both cities have been completely revamped and players can cruise through San Diego on I-5, almost reaching the Mexican border. Driving on the I-8 will enable views of Snapdragon Stadium, while CA-905 will have you drive through a warehouse district all the way to be border. The Colorado Bridge has also been added.
Los Angeles includes the beginning of I-10, and the major intersection of I-10 itself, I-5, and US-101, on top of I-405.
You’ll also be able to see Los Angeles International Airport, L.A. River, and the Port of Long Beach. You can check them all out and more in the gallery below.
Next is Euro Truck Simulator 2 and its Greece-focused DLC, which still doesn’t have a release date. This time around, the new screenshots focus on the countryside.
The DLC portrays the vegetation you can expect to see in the country, including cypress, palm, oleander trees, and olive orchards. Famous landmarks include the Meteora Monasteries, Mount Olympus, and Lake Polifitou, alongside the dam that created it.
More screenshots show the coastal landscape and the Llogara Pass that links this DLC with the one for the West Balkans portraying Albania.
You can take a look at the screenshots below.
American Truck Simulator is available exclusively for PC.
The sim just received the Arkansas DLC alongside two trucks, the much-awaited Mack Pinnacle and the 5th Generation Freightliner Cascadia, while Lousiana has just been announced and should follow Missouri, which doesn’t have a release date yet.
Euro Truck Simulator 2 is available exclusively for PC. Its version 1.53 just entered beta testing including the much-awaited German rework. Both simulators also just got a spiffy Driving Academy feature.
