Kim Dong Hwan Revealed for Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves
SNK has revealed a new character coming to its upcoming fighting game Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, Kim Dong Hwan.
As the name implies, he’s the son of Kim Kaphwan. Here’s how he’s officially described.
Son of taekwondo master Kim Kaphwan, and no stranger to the martial art himself—a true taekwondo prodigy, as he puts it. Dong Hwan’s unabashed, happy-go-lucky lifestyle after the previous tournament earns him a stern reprimand from his father, which promptly takes him down a peg or two. Turns out it’s just the kind of wake-up call Dong Hwan needs, though—and so, adamant that his grasp of taekwondo will someday surpass even his dad’s, the fledgling fighter (secretly) dives headfirst into his own unique brand of training.
He’s voiced in English by Jerron Bacat and in Japanese by Eiji Takeuchi, who you can listen to in the dedicated trailer.
Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves will be released on April 24, 2025, on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
