Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is appearing at the Formula 1 (F1) United States Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas in a collaboration with BWT Alpine.
The collaboration started a few days ago. A flatbed left California with an Indiana Jones crate on the back. It went from Los Angeles to Austin, touring by iconic locations like Las Vegas, the Hoover Dam, Monument Valley, and the Booneville Salt Flats.
After arriving to Austin, the crate revealed a special F1 vehicle. It contained an A524 with a special Indian Jones and the Great Circle livery. Additionally, the Alpine racers (Esteban Ocon and Pierre Gasly) will wear special race suits to match.
The A524 is a yellow-orange color with plenty of Indian Jones-themed details. These include an ancient map and iconic red travel routes.
Oliver Oakes, the BWT Alpine F1 Team Principal, shared a bit about the collaboration:
“Working with the Xbox team to bring alive the incredible Indiana Jones and the Great Circle livery for the United States Grand Prix has been fantastic. The new look will be right at home in the Austin setting this weekend. In the past year, our partnership with Xbox has reached new heights and this is our biggest activation yet. There’s even more to come and I’m looking forward to getting my hands on a copy of the game when it comes out.”
The United States Grand Prix is from October 18 to October 20. The weekend will feature performances from Sting and Eminem as well. The Alpine team will be the only one sporting the Indiana Jones look, which will be another hot part of the event.
Bethesda revealed the Indiana Jones and the Great Circle F1 collaboration with a video. Fans can see the flatbed’s journey below:
