Today HoYoverse detailed the first big update for its brand-new action RPG Zenless Zone Zero.
The update is numbered 1.1 and it’s coming very soon, on August 14. It’ll be titled “Uncover R&B.”
The story will focus on the New Eridu Public Security (N.E.P.S.) faction and showcase the struggle between Qingyi, Jane, Seth, and the Mountain Lion Gang.
We’re also getting a Hollow Zero gameplay experience titled “Inferno Reap” and the N.E.P.S.-focused area Lumina Square.
Qingyi is a new S-Rank Electric Stun character, while Jane is a new S-Rank Physical Anomaly Agent. Seth will be the new A-Rank character, focused on Electric Defense.

Inferno Reap is a time-limited battle against Nineveh that can be challenged as many times as you want for a variety of rewards.
There can be no HoYoverse update without themed events, and this time around we get “Camellia Golden Week.” New features include as Immersive Tactical Drill, First-Class Customer Service, and new goodies for the photo mode in the form of filters and selfie options.
Zenless Zone Zero is an action RPG currently available for PS5, PC, iOS, and Android. It was released on July 4 last month.
