HoYoverse has revealed information about Version 1.7 of Zenless Zone Zero, which will include the finale for the first season’s story, two S-Rank Agents, and a relaxing event for players to enjoy.
Zenless Zone Zero’s Season One story will be coming to a close as Proxies discover the truth behind the Sacrifice problem. To do so, they’ll explore Vivian’s past to learn the truth about what happened to Hugo.
Proxies will get help from a Void Hunter-rank SI to do all of this.
The two S-Rank Agents are both from Mockingbird: Vivian and Hugo. Vivian is an Ether Anomaly Agent who can attack from the ground or in the air. Featherbloom, her basic attack, boosts Anomaly damage and works alongside allies’ EX Special Attacks to boost Corruption damage.
Hugo is an Ice Attack Agent who uses AoE attacks to attack enemies. When attacking a stunned enemy, Hugo gets a boost to his damage that’s dependent on how much time is left in the enemy’s stun.
Robin the Bangboo will join the two Agents. The bangboo will attack enemies with cards that trigger random effects. Agent Jane and Lighter will also be part of the banners in Version 1.7.
A new in-game event is coming with Version 1.7, too. The Say It With Flowers event puts Proxies in the shoes of a flower shop manager. They’ll create flower arrangements for various clients, unlocking a permanent mode for arranging flowers. There’s a Quality mode that offers exclusive rewards, such as the A-Rank Bangboo Overtime.
Additionally, the Bangboo Bash will come back with a ranked mode. There’ll be exclusive event titles and plenty of other Rewards for those who want to climb the ranked ladder.

Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.7 will go live on April 23, 2025.
