Today HoYoverse released a look at the next characters that will be made available in its newly released free-to-play action RPG Zenless Zone Zero.
Zhu Yuan will be released within the game’s gacha in just a few days, on July 27, with the second part of version 1.0. To get her, you’ll have to roll on her gacha banner (or Signal Search, as they’re called in the game) titled Unswerving Bullet.
She’s the leader of the Criminal Investigation Special Response Team, and she’s voiced by Alaina Wis in English and Marina Inoue in Japanese.
You’ll probably be familiar with Inoue-san’s voice, as she is known for her work on Alicia Melchiott in Valkyria Chronicles, Armin from Attack on Titan, Yanqing in Honkai: Star Rail, and many more popular characters.

Zhu Yuan is an S-rank character with Ether attribute, and her speciality is attack.
Zenless Zone Zero is an action RPG currently available for PS5, PC, iOS, and Android. It has just been released earlier this month on July 4.
You may be familiar with HoYoverse’s other games, Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail, which have basically dominated the free-to-play space for quite some time.
ZZZ is similarly free to play, and follows the same successful business model, with plenty of paid microtransactions focused around its characters for those who want to invest in the game.
