Publisher Toplitz Productions and developer EmpireCraft Studios have just announced Wild West Pioneers, a new city-building simulator that lets players colonize America with classic city-building elements and modern visuals.
In Wild West Pioneers, players start from humble beginnings and create a thriving colony. And, like any thriving colony, players will be able to expand and explore the Wild West to create the biggest and best city in the New World.
To run a successful colony, players must listen to their residents. Residents have needs like food and water, along with safety, job availability, health standards, and more. By keeping residents happy, more settlers will come and help players expand their colony.
Of course, expanding means exploring. Players will need to send out scouts and create colonization posts. Exploring also helps push the narrative of Wild West Frontier, along with unlocking more quests.
On top of exploring and expanding, players will need to defend their new home. Sheriffs and other defensive systems will help guard the colony from outlaws and wild animals.
The people themselves have an impact on how the city grows. The people have traits, and players will need to carefully appoint them to roles like Sheriff and Mayor as they’ll affect how the city grows.

Wild West Pioneers will be released in Early Access in 2025 on PC. Excited fans can currently wishlist the game on Steam.
