Today Koei Tecmo released a new trailer, screenshots, a new key artwork and detail about the upcoming dating sim Venus Vacation Prism – Dead or Alive Xtreme.
First of all, we get to see more of the collaboration outfits designed by illustrator Yom. Stressing on Yom’s iconic style, the stockings can have 5 levels of transparency (30, 40, 60, 80, and 110) and two colors, black and beige.
There will also be a special episode in the game that will highlight the charms of the outfits. The outfits can be worn throughout the whole game and they’re not limited to the episode.
We also see more of the ladies’ expressiveness and the way the latest technology has been used to depict skin, including the glossiness and even the sand sticking to it.
More screenshots showcase the story’s structure and how the chapters branch, on top of the menus to change outfits and hairstyles among the ones you have unlocked.
Last, but not least, a new piece of key artwork featuring the six heroines has been revealed.

Venus Vacation Prism – Dead or Alive Xtreme launches in Japan and Asia for PC, PS5, and PS4 on March 27, 2025. While it won’t be officially released in the West, an English localization will be included.
Koei Tecmo apparently wants to keep the game as far as possible from Western eyes as it can, to the point that the Steam page is geolocked and you need a VPN to access it. However, if you want to play it on a PC, we recently saw the system requirements. We also have another recent trailer.
The game will star Nanami, Misaki, Elise, Fiona, Tamaki, and Honoka, who will be the only heroine who debuted in the original Dead or Alive fighting series, while everyone else debuted in Dead or Alive Xtreme: Venus Vacation, albeit Tamaki ended up appearing as a DLC fighter in Dead or Alive 6.
At the moment, we don’t know if Koei Tecmo has any plans at all to bring back the fighting game series. Unfortunately, the company has remained completely quiet about the possibilities, leaving the many fans of the franchise completely in the dark.
