Town to City Gets Autumn Update with New Features, Another Sandbox Map, and More

Galaxy Grove has released an Autumn Update for its city-building sim Town to City, bringing new features, quality-of-life changes, a new sandbox map, and bug fixes alongside fun fall decor.

An Autumn Update wouldn’t be a true one without decor to match, and players can now research fall-themed decorative items. This includes trees with orange hues and more.

Several quality-of-life changes are included in the update, including the following:

Other changes include better loading time and more warnings to make it a bit easier to know what’s happening in the town.

Additionally, the Autumn Update for Town to City introduced a new sandbox map. Players can get a first look at it below, checking out the hills and cliffs that make the perfect setting for fall foliage.

Quite a few bugs were patched out with the Autumn Update as well. For example, clicking on the inhabitant pop-up won’t click on the things behind it, text wrapping looks better in specific scenarios, and icons will disappear as they should.

One of the more comical bugs, forgotten and misaligned doors on the mayor’s home, has also been fixed.

Players can check out the full list of changes in Town to City’s Autumn Update here.

Town to City is available on PC in Early Access. It’s planned to be in Early Access for the next six to eight months, though that could change at any time. You can read our preview from Gamescom here, as well as our preview of Town to City in its Early Access form.
