Fallen Tear: The Ascension Announced for Consoles
Maximum Entertainment and CMD Studios have announced today that Fallen Tear: The Ascension will release on consoles in 2027. The hand-drawn, story-driven Metroidvania will be releasing on Switch, Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
In Fallen Tears: The Ascension, players take control of Hira, a child fated to stand against the gods in the fantasy world of Raoah. The game blends party-building JRPG gameplay with the free exploration of Metroidvanias. Players will be able to build and customize a home base to fill it recruited allies. There are 22 potential companions with unique skills and stories to find.

Vacation Cafe Simulator Shares Post-Launch Roadmap
Alice Games has just shared a post-launch roadmap for Vacation Cafe Simulator, which released at the end of August. The developer noted five big updates for players to keep an eye out for in the near future.
Update 1 will center around cafe life, with six new recipes, recipe purchases, fast travel to the winery, the ability to sync delivery orders with the daily menu, and perk management. Update 2 will add new features like a city map, six new recipes, and the ability to choose how much food to prepare at stations. Update 3 will add a “taste of the sea,” with four new recipes, Vongole in the sea, and two new minigames. Update 4 will be an optimization update, with performance improvements and bug fixes. Update 5 will be a major game expansion, yet to be detailed.

Gobisaurus Coming to Jurassic World Evolution 3: Prehistoric East Expansion
Frontier Developments has announced that the Gobisaurus will be available as part of the Jurassic World Evolution 3: Prehistoric East expansion coming on September 29.
The Gobisaurus is a walking tank from the Cretaceous era and is a peaceful herbivore, meaning it’s a safe addition for guests to feed at the dinosaur encounter.
