The gaming industry has delivered some more gaming news today, including some rather big reveals about free-to-play games in different genres.

Persona 5: The Phantom X Releasing Globally; Release Date Announced

Atlus announced that the free-to-play game Persona 5: The Phantom X will be released on the global market for iOS, Android, and PC.

We also know when it’ll come, and it’s June 26, 2025. Here’s what you can expect directly from the press release.

new story of Phantom Thieves – Players will embark on an adventure as an entirely new protagonist, alongside new Phantom Thieves members. Set in a mysterious Tokyo where desires have been lost, a completely new story unfolds.
Return to Life as a Student – Players can build up life experience through part-time jobs and extracurricular clubs, while participating in new mini-games unique to Persona5: The Phantom X. 
Experience The Thrilling Phantom Thief Life – Venture into the shadows to strengthen Personas, explore side dungeons and battles, which are jam-packed with new game play such as a new PvE mode The Velvet Trials, new palaces, new Mementos and new Guild feature, which allows players to interact with one another in-game. 
Engaging New Side Stories – Various original side stories written and supervised by ATLUS will be at players’ fingertips via the Synergy System, which can be experienced by building close relationships with various characters. Plus NPC events and other side stories will be available!  
New Charming Characters – Players can journey as a completely brand-new protagonist with a new band of Phantom Thieves, including multiple Phantom Idols and their Persona. 
Familiar Faces from Original Persona 5 Characters – In addition to Persona5: The Phantom X-exclusive characters, fan favorites from the original Persona 5 such as Joker and the other Phantom Thieves will be available in special contracts!

Blue Protocol: Star Resonance Coming in English This Year

The return of Blue Protocol will extend to the global market with an English localization coming to Steam and the Epic Games Store, titled Blue Protocol: Star Resonance.

The game, originally released by Bandai Namco in Japan, was supposed to launch in the West under Amazon’s umbrella, albeit heavily censored.

With the termination of the Japanese version and the cancellation of the Western launch, many expected never to see this high-profile anime-style MMORPG disappear into limbo, but it is indeed returning to Europe, North America, and South America in 2025.

Stellar Blade Gets Release Date for PC

Shift Up announced the release date of the PC version of Stellar Blade. It’ll launch on Steam on June 11, 2025.

The announcement comes with a trailer providing a look at the features that the game will enjoy on PC, and you can watch it above.

I am an Air Traffic Controller 4 Shows Tokyo Narita DLC in Action

Technobrain provided a look at the localized version for PC via Steam of the Tokyo Narita DLC for the ATC simulator I am an Air Traffic Controller 4.
