Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Battle Destiny Remasterd

The gaming industry has delivered some more interesting gaming news today, including the return of a legendary action RPG originally released for the PS Vita.

Here at Simulation Daily, we publish roundups with more gaming news that couldn’t be covered in individual articles, to keep you up to date with the work and games from a wider variety of developers than we otherwise could.

Before we get into the news here are handy links to gaming news that did get its own separate coverage.

You can check out all the news below. Incidentally, if you’re interested specifically in flight simulation news, we have a dedicated roundup.

Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Battle Destiny Remastered Announced

Bandai Namco announced a remaster of Mobile Suit Gundam Seed Battle Destiny, an action RPG originally released for PS Vita in 2012. Of course, it’s based on Gundam Seed, one of the most popular non-UC sagas of the Gundam multiverse.

Even more relevant is the fact that the original game was not released outside of Japan, so this is the first time that we get to enjoy this game with a localization.

It comes for PC and Nintendo Switch on May 22, 2025.

Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma Introduces Kaguya

With Rune Factory: Guardian of Azuma coming, the Japanese arm of Marvelous is publishing trailers introducing the game’s characters, and today it’s Kaguya’s turn.

The trailer has been released only in Japanese alongside the previous one featuring Subaru. If you’re wondering why the English audience isn’t presented with this kind of content, I wonder as well, but there has to be a reason why Marvelous isn’t doing too well as of late. Perhaps lacking marketing is part of it, besides ignoring popular franchises that are left to rot in mobile limbo.

Personal rants aside, the game is coming on May 30, 2025, for PC and Nintendo Switch.

Crusader Kings 3 Getting Two New Content Creator Packs

Crusader Kings 3 is getting two new DLCs soon in the form of two Content Creator Packs. Medieval Monuments comes with 20 new monuments as follows.

Arctic Attire includes cosmetic costumes inspired by Sámi and Khanty aesthetics. It includes the following.

Both will be released on February 25 for PC, with console players likely having to wait several months longer, as it happened with previous DLC.
