Muv-Luv Tactics: Nightmare of Kalidasa Gets New Concept Art as the Clock is Running Out
The developers of Muv-Luv Tactics: Nightmare of Kalidasa have released two new pieces of fetching concept artwork for the game.
The first is a refined version of one we already saw, including protagonist Chisa Misato and her second in command Shigesue Suzuki. The third we only saw in sketch version before, featuring the massive XG70c Susanoo that obviously will play a relevant part in the game’s story.
Incidentally, there are only 10 hours left in the crowdfunding campaign at the moment of this writing, with a livestream coming in just a few hours (2:00 PM CEST, 1:00 PM GMT, 8:00 AM EST, or 5:00 AM PST) in which the developers will provide the latest information.
At the moment, 51% of the target has been achieved, but the crowdfunding is all-in style and not all-or-nothing, so the pledged money will still be delivered and the project won’t be canceled if the target isn’t reached.
Full disclosure: the author of this article backed Muv-Luv Tactics: Nightmare of Kalidasa’s crowdfunding campaign.
Genshin Impact Showcases Mavuika Before Her Release
The release of a playable Archon is always a special event for Genshin Impact, and Mavuika promises to be extremely popular (which means making a whole lot of money for HoYoverse).
To celebrate the upcoming launch, the developer released two trailers, one featuring her backstory (and I challenge you not to tear up at least a bit) and a more extensive video providing a look at her gameplay and abilities.
Mavuika will join the popular free-to-play game with version 5.3, which will salute the new year on January 1, 2025.
Incidentally, the trailer above comes with English voice-overs, in which Mavuika is portrayed by Katiana Sarkissian. If you’d rather listen to the Japanese voices, with Mikako Komatsu playing the Archon of Fire, you can find that version on the official YouTube channel.
Infinity Nikki Reveals Version 1.1
Today Infold released the first major version update for its free-to-play game Infinity Nikki. Version 1.1 “Shooting Star Season” is coming on December 30, and today we get to see what it’ll come with.
It’ll include new gameplay features, new quests, new events, a new Interlude chapter, new Resonance Outfits, new outfits including a free one, and more.
Earnest Evans Series Crowdfunding Campaign Ends With Almost $30,000 Raised
The crowdfunding campaign for the revival of the iconic Earnest Evans series has concluded, managing to gather 4,699,000 yen, which is just south of $30,000.
While this is lower than the goal of 5 million yen, the crowdfunding was all-in and not all-or-nothing, which means that the developers are still getting the money pledged and the project will go ahead.
