Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator Gets New Screenshots and Details
Pilot Experience Sim is now all hands on deck, working on its Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (LFPG) serving the capital of France.
The news was shared on Discord, where we also got some details about the ambitious project.
“With the native FS24 versions of our airports completed over a month ago, the entire PESIM team is now working on LFPG for MSFS and MSFS24.
For this airport, we have completely reworked our texture and object libraries, which allows us to make ideal progress given the size of the airport.
We are only showing you two previews because we don’t think it’s useful to show you the unfinished areas, as a multitude of details are planned. The towers, terminals, and secondary areas are under construction and progressing well.
The quality and realism are there.
The runways are almost complete, including the custom and complex scaling systems present at LFPG, such as RETIL and custom runway profiles that exactly match the real slopes.LFPG requires a lot of complex terraforming, which is almost completed and it is an excellent news.
We remain focused on the design of the terminals and the ground and are very excited about this project, which will be our finest achievement to date”
