Detroit Coleman A. Young International Airport Announced for MSFS 2024 and MSFS 2020
Orbx announced Detroit Coleman A. Young International Airport (KDET) in the United States, created by Massimiliano Addante, one of the indie developers who work under the brand’s umbrella.
It’ll include the following perks.
- Handcrafted scenery with meticulous attention to detail
- Dozens of custom assets, including animated elements
- All models include 4–10 LODs for optimal performance
- High-resolution textures with full PBR materials
- No texture repetition – unique textures for each asset
- Fully modeled interiors for both the tower and terminal
- Carefully crafted AFCAD, including runways and parking stands
- Optimized for both major flight simulators
Bell 407 Sound Pack Announced for MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024
Echo 19 Audio announced another of its sound packs for the default Bell 407, revealed via the listing on Orbx Direct, albeit it’s not yet available for purchase. It should be soon.
It includes the following features.

Hannover Airport for MSFS 2024 and MSFS 2020 Gets New Videos
SoFly released some interesting new videos of its Hannover Airport (EDDV) in Germany, which will be released on May 15.
Specifically, the videos showcase some of the animation, sounds, and interactive features included in the airport.
Nakashibetsu Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator Gets New Screenshots
Gate15 Scenery released new images of its upcoming Nemuro Nakashibetsu Airport (RJCN) in Hokkaido, Japan.
According to the developer, the airport is almost finished, and all that remains to do is the creation of the airport’s ground surface.
Bolzano Airport Released for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024
Orbx released Bolzano Airport (LIPB) in Italy by its indie developer Andreas Hegi. It’s available on Orbx Direct for $15.80 and those who already own the MSFS 2020 version can get a free upgrade.
It includes the following features.
- Realistic HD textures created from on-site photography provide the most immersive experience possible
- Updated layout of the apron area, including ground markings
- Custom static DC-3 and helicopters
- Main terminal with interior modelling
- Custom ortho
Luxembourg Airport Coming soon fo Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 and MSFS 2024
JustSim announced that it’ll soon release Luxembourg Airport (ELLX) as part of its detailed “NG Series.” It’ll come for MSFS 2020 in “a few days” and for MSFS 2024 within 10 days afterward.
We also heard that it’ll be made for X-Plane 12 as well, but users will need to exercise “a little patience” for that.
Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport Releases for X-Plane
Fly2Hig has released one of the airports with the funniest ICAO codes in the world, Brownsville/South Padre Island International Airport (KBRO) in Texas, United States.
It’s available on Orbx Direct for both X-Plane 12 and 11, or Simmarket, including the following features.
