Flight Simulation developers shared news today, including a relevant update for a beloved airliner for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and MSFS 2020, on top of two releases.
Freeware MSFS 2020 Boeing 787-9 Becomes Compatible with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024

Horizon Simulations released an update for its freeware Boeing 787-9 that adds compatibility for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.
The caveat is that, since it’s a conversion of the 787-10 for MSFS 2020, you’ll need to enable that specific version on your library in MSFS 2024. As such, you’ll need the Premium or Premium Deluxe editions of the sim.
A native MSFS 2024 version will be released after the v2 update. While V2 is still “a little while away,” in the screenshot above, you can check out the rebuilt vertical stabilizer.
You can download the aircraft from Orbx Direct.
