Western Sydney Airport for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 Gets New Screenshots

Drzewiecki Design revealed new screenshots of its Western Sydney International Airport (YSWS) in Australia, alongside a development update.

“From cargo ramps to passenger walkways, we’ve been busy fine-tuning the airport with new details that really bring WSI to life.

This week, the cargo apron was completed with crisp color layering, concrete divisions, and asphalt detail, plus newly placed fuel inlets. We also installed the full approach lighting system for runway 23, adding even more depth to the airside experience.

On the terminal side, we’ve focused on the jetway zones, added pedestrian crossings, and laid down red safety lines. The areas in front of the terminal are filling up with parking details, lighting points, and all those small but crucial visual touches.

A brand new Shell fuel station is now in place, and the fire station is steadily rising nearby. Behind the scenes, we’ve also been playing with AI-assisted tweaks and refining the CGL base imagery to push the scenery even further.”
