Cessna Citation CJ3+ for Microsoft Flight Simulator Gets New Screenshots

Microsoft Flight Simulator Cessna Citation CJ3+

LivToAir released on Discord another batch of screenshots of its Cessna Citation CJ3+, showing both the interior and the exterior of the aircraft.

According to the developer, the aircraft is “getting close to its final shape” and there are about one month left of work, plus one to prepare for release.

Parallel 42 released an extensive deep dive video showing pretty much the entire tutorial of its ChasePlane application that will overhaul the camera system in Microsoft Flight Simulator.

The developer also posted a clarification on the cloud feature, which will have the following pricing structure and will be completely optional.

  • $0 – Enjoy ChasePlane without the //42 Cloud.
  • $5/year – Extend your access for another year.
  • $20 one-time – Get lifetime access, no renewals needed.

Waterfalls of Switzerland, Meringen Released for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024

Cli4D Designs released another of its scenery add-ons enriching the already beautiful landscapes of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, this time focusing on Meringen, Switzerland.

It’s available on Orbx Direct and Simmarket for approximately $18. It includes the following.

  • POI included are Rosenlaui river, Reichenbachfall, Wasserfall Alpbach, Wandelbachfall, Falcherenbachfall, Oltschibachfall, Giessbach Waterfalls, Grandhotel Giessbach, Grandhotel Giessbach, Swiss Helicopter LSXZ, Wasserfall Rosenlauischlucht.
  • High-Resolution Textures: Utilized high-resolution PBR textures to capture the intricate details of the buildings, roads, waterfalls, cliffs, and riverbanks.
  • Dynamic Water Effects: Implemented realistic water animations, including cascading waterfalls and flowing rivers.
  • Corrected road profiles and textures.
  • Added points of interest and interactive elements, such as helicopter landing pads and roads, for an enriched flying experience.

Lockheed JetStar for Microsoft Flight Simulator Leaves Early Access

Big Radials announced that the early access of its Lockheed JetStar business jet for Microsoft Flight Simulator has now ended with the release of version 1.0.1.

You can purchase it on the developer’s own store, now at full price (€27,95), or wait for the official marketplace release on Thursday, February 20.
