C-130 Hercules for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Showcased in Impressive Video

Today Blackbird Simulations released an interesting video showing its upcoming C-130 Hercules in action. Specifically, we get to see how you insert and execute a flight plan by using the CNI-MU and we take an in-depth look at the HUD and the way it can be customized.

It certainly appears to be very advanced, but for now we don’t have a release date.

McCall Municipal Airport Released for Microsoft Flight Simulator

Orbx released the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 version of McCall Municipal Airport (KYML) in the United States, by indie developer Milo Taylor. It’s available on Orbx Direct for $18.00, but if you already purchased the MSFS 2020 version, you can upgrade it at no additional cost.

  • Realistic ground and apron texturing, which includes the recent apron resurfacing
  • Realistic Night Lighting
  • PBR texturing throughout
  • Extensive level of detail work for superb performance
  • Multiple custom static aircraft which includes Coulson 737 Fireliner, Neptune Bae 146, Erikson and HTS Skycranes, plus many native GA registrations
  • Airport specific windsocks
  • 190+ custom objects
  • Many custom animations, which included wind-affected flags.
  • Hand placed vegetation
  • Developed by Milo Taylor

Brisbane Airport Released for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024.

iniBuilds released its rendition of Brisbane Airport (YBBN) in Australia. It’s available on the developer’s store and Simmarket starting at $22.78.

It includes the following features.

  • Hand-made ground textures with crisp, bespoke texture sets (Runways, aprons, paths, roads)
  • True-to-life airport landside recreation with custom ground decals, signposts, vegetation, parking barriers and more
  • Accurately modelled and positioned dynamic airport lighting
  • Walk around and discover the terminal from a brand new perspective! Using the MSFS2024 walkaround mode, walk up the terminal & air bridge stairs to enter the terminal for a new way of seeing the scenery and its surroundings!
  • Highly detailed models of all airport buildings, objects and surroundings
  • Up to date airport layout reflecting the current, real-world location
  • Official GSX Profile included in scenery folder & iniManager Download
  • Level of Detail (LOD) optimisation for every model to encourage the best performance possible
  • Use of the latest MSFS24 SDK features to allow for the best optimisation and performance possible
