T-7A Red Hawk for Microsoft Flight Simulator Gets Release Date

Top Match Studios revealed that the upcoming jet trainer T-7A Red Hawk for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 will be released on the official marketplace tomorrow, December 30.

The aircraft is also coming for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, but since it’ll be released only on the official marketplace, that version will have to wait for the opening of the MSFS 2024 marketplace.

Akron–Canton Airport Announced for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and 2020

Fly2High announced the upcoming release of Akron–Canton Airport (KCAK) in Ohio, United States.

It’s built from the ground up for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 but it’ll also be compatible for MSFS 2020. It’ll release on January 9, 2025.

Geiranger Norway Scenery for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Released

Cli4D Design released another of its “touristic” scenery packages, the popular and scenic resort village of Geiranger in Norway.

It’s available for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 on Orbx Direct and on Simmarket starting at $15.05. It includes the following:

  • POIs includes Flydalsjuvet viewpoint, Hotel Union Geiranger, Dalsnibba Viewpoint, Norwegian Fjord Centre, Geirangerfjorden Marina, Havila Hotel Geiranger, Grande Fjord Hotel, Ørnesvingen Viewpoint, Bringefossen, The Seven Sisters and the Bridal Veil
  • Custom 3D models with PBR textures.
  • Corrected road profile.
  • Ground details are good enough if you want to have a walk specially around the main town and POIs
  • Long stretch of animated rivers and waterfalls.
