Nemuro Nakashibetsu Airport Released for MSFS 2020; Oshima Airport Announced

Gate15 Scenery released its Nemuro Nakashibetsu Airport (RJCN) in Hokkaido, Japan.

It’s available on Simmarket only for MSFS 2020 for $14.92, but currently, there’s a launch discount at $13.50

You can see what the airport looks like in the trailer above.

The developer also announced its plans for the future, with upcoming major patches fixing ground texture issues at Rishiri Airport and Miyakojima Airport.

Minami-Daito Airport and Kita-Daito Airport will also get major patches, which will be akin to complete rebuilds.

Lastly, the developer will develop Oshima Airport (RJTO), also known as Tokyo Oshima Camellia Airport. This is a fairly interesting pick, as it’s one of the islands located formally in Tokyo Prefecture (hence the name).

They’re connected to the Metropolitan Area via Chofu Airport, thanks to the services of the Dornier 228s operated by New Central Airservice. By coincidence, I was at Chofu airport earlier today, so have a bonus picture of the Dornier coming back from Oshima in the afternoon.

Now, if only someone made this versatile aircraft for MSFS…
