Flight Simulation developers shared news today, focusing on aircraft and airports for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, MSFS 2020, and X-Plane.

Fokker F28 Fellowship Getting MSFS 2024 Native Upgrade
Just Flight is working on the 2.2 version of the Fokker F28 Fellowship. The major feature of the update will be a native Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 version, which will also enable the sale of the airliner on the official marketplace.
Yet, that is not all. Unique cabin branding is being added for all the liveries included in the package, on top of the pre-flight walkaround and a new EFB tablet model with window mount option.
ATR 72 for X-Plane 12 Gets New Screenshots
SkyCatsLab revealed new screenshots of its upcoming ATR 72-600 for X-Plane 12, including the flight deck diuring the day and night.
We also get to take a look at the external PBR textures.
Bengaluru Kempegowda International Airport Released for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and MSFS 2020
Taimodels released Kempegowda International Airport (VOBL) serving Bengaluru in India for MSFS 2024 and MSFS 2020.
It’s available on iniBuilds for $21.91, and it includes the following features.
- Handcrafted and detailed PBR ground markings and textures based on the latest airport layout
- Detailed terminal interiors
- Realistic terminals, cargo facilities, and airport buildings created with MSFS PBR materials
- Accurate airport lighting, taxiways, and aprons
- Optimized for performance across most system types
- Tower laser light effects
- Animated screens, escalators, and “The Quad” by BGL
We already know that it’ll also come on October 20 for X-Plane and on November 15 for the Xbox version of Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Zhoushan Putuoshan International Airport Released for MSFS 2024
Li Scenery Studio released the MSFS 2024 version of its Zhoushan Putuoshan International Airport (ZSZS) in China.
It’s available on Simmarket for $11.62, and if you already have the MSFS 2020 version, you can get a free upgrade. It includes the following features.
- 3D modeling of the terminal building, Boeing Completion and Delivery Center, and some internal airport buildings.
- Complete ground taxiway markings with correct runway colors.
- Customized navigation lights.
Airbus A340 for MSFS 2024 Gets New Trailer and Liveries
iniBuilds released a trailer ahead of the release on the official Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 marketplace of the Airbus A340.
Incidentally, several real-world liveries have already been released on the developer’s own downloader, so you can start download them and they’ll be ready for release, which I imagine should be this week (although this has not been officially confirmed).
