Flight Simulation developers shared news today, including aircraft and airports for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, MSFS 2020, and X-Plane.

Osaka Itami Airport Announced for X-Plane

Darkblue Scenery Studio teased a new airport, and it’s another relevant one in Japan. While the developer did not explicitly name the airport, it’s Osaka Itami, ICAO code RJOO.

Being 757 for Microsoft Flight Simulator Gets a New Screenshot as VNAV is Completed

Blue Simulations released a new screenshot of its upcoming Boeing 757 on Instagram.
Interestingly, it’s running on the Sim Update 5 beta of Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024. Perhaps even more exciting is the announcement that VNAV is complete.
This is quite relevant considering that it’s usually the most difficult part of an airliner to develop, so its completion is quite the milestone.
Montreal City Scenery Released for MSFS 2024 and MSFS 2020





















Dfflyer Direct released another city scenery, and this time it’s Montreal in Quebec, Canada. It’s available on the developer’s own store for $12.99.
It includes the following features.

- Dozens of newly constructed buildings missing from MSFS’s default scenery

- Enhanced and true to life night lighting and signage

AC Scenery released a city scenery add-on portraying Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia.
It’sa vailable on Simmarket for $16.80 and it includes the following features.
- Over 275 custom hand build buildings
- Night textures
- PBR textures
- Compatible with Aerosoft Airport Bratislava
Portsmouth International Airport at Pease Released for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and MSFS 2020
UK2000 Scenery released another airport in the United States, and it’s Portsmouth International Airport at Pease (KPSM) in New Hampshire.
It comes with the following features.

- Realistic Ground Markings

- Excellent Frame Rates
- Full set of signs

Porto Airport released for MSFS 2020 and MSFS 2024
Taimodels released Porto Airport for MSFS 2024 and MAFS 2020, and it’s available on IniBuilds for $21.35.
It includes the following features and as for most airports by Taimodels, it’s also coming for X-Plane 12 at some point in the future.
- Hand made and detailed PBR ground markings and textures according to the most recent airport situation
- Detailed terminal interior
- Hand made, Realistic terminals, cargo buildings airport buildings using MSFS PBR materials
