OPNeon Games, the solo developer behind TCG Card Shop Simulator, has revealed the details and development progress of the upcoming card grading feature to the popular simulator.

To start with, the developer apologized for the lack of recent updates, but assured players that they’re still hard at work bringing all of the early access roadmap features to TCG Card Shop Simulator.

In fact, the card grading feature should be added to the game by the end of August/early September.

Card grading in TCG Card Shop Simulator will let players send their cards to be graded, and they will be available to sell with their own fluctuating price graph.

As for what’s been developed so far, the graded card case, new card textures, pricing system, and graded card album have all been finished. The textures will help determine the grading of a card, and two examples have been shown that show what a 1 (Very Poor) and 10 (Gem Mint) look like.

There are still a few parts of the card grading process that are in development, including a price graph, a website/app for card grading, and the actual sending of cards.

TCG Card Shop Simulator is available in Early Access on PC. Since its release in September last year, TCG Card Shop Simulator has introduced a plethora of content, including customer trading and fun decorations. There have also been several collaborations, like the Ultra Pro one in Update 0.51.

Other upcoming features include difficulty settings, a playable TCG, tournament organization, and more.
