From indie to AAA titles, the latest Steam sale features deep discounts, including titles with hundreds of hours of content, for as low as $1.79. The sale is set to run from April 21 to April 28 at 10 AM PT.

You can see a list of the most notable titles with the highest discounted prices (up to 88%) below.

While most of these titles were released within the last few years, there are a handful of brand-new 2025 releases that are still discounted, including The Electrifying Incident: A Monster Mini-Expedition and Lab Rat, both of which were released within the last few months.

Interestingly enough, this sub-genre of games gets its name from the 1982 puzzle game designed for the NEC PC-8801 by Hiroyuki Imabayashi, in which players push boxes around a warehouse to get them into different storage locations. In Japanese, the word Sōko-ban means warehouse keeper.

Since 1982, there have been 13 different Sokoban games, with the most recent one, The Sokoban, releasing in 2021 on Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4. For more information on this and other upcoming Steam sales, be sure to check back to Simulation Daily.
