Originally released on Steam back in August 2023, this simulator was positively received by both fans and viewers alike. In fact, it did so that the developers announced earlier today that Ship Graveyard Simulator 2 would be arriving on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S on September 6, 2024.

As the name dictates, gameplay revolves around players destroying and recovering materials from shipwrecks. Ships will vary in type and class, with some being too large for general equipment, meaning you’ll need to bring out the big guns. This means working with special cranes and large containers to break down large fragments using different demolition methods, including engines, pumps, control panels, and much more.

Not every job is a cakewalk in Ship Graveyard Simulator 2. Since you’re working with stuff like explosives and heavy machinery, dangers ranging from gas leakage, electric shock from cable, and poisoning with toxins in unsecured rooms can occur at any moment, so be sure to put on your hard hat.

While no exact release date has been stated, a port of the game is also planned to be released on the Nintendo Switch. For more information on this and everything simulation and gaming, including how to get into the world of flight simulation, be sure to check back to Simulation Daily for updates.
