Gameplay ranges from transporting goods between harbors, fighting fires on the high seas or exploring a vast world, as you control an entire fleet full of distinct, fully walkable ships.

New scenarios will pop up the more you play, including emergency signals that require immediate action and lost cargo that needs to be recovered. You’ll also be responsible for upkeeping your vessel, as you’ll be managing repairs, carrying out maintenance work, or even controlling water cannons to put out fires.

Seafarer: The Ship Sim is set to release in early access (Steam and Epic Games) for $24.99 at some point later this year.
