As the early access of Sea Power: Naval Combat in the Missile Age continues, Triassic Games released a new major update numbered v0.1.2.0.
One of the big features released in the update is the ability to save and load your game, including quick saving and loading via F5 and F9, saving and loading specific files, and an autosave every set number of minutes.
The developer expects that the feature may still have some issues, but they feel comfortable enough with it to provide access to players.
We also get the Tac View, which is basically a tactical replay at the end of a battle. It’s quite similar to the post-battle review at the end of Ace Combat missions.
The Tactical Display is also getting a night mode, meaning that the map will automatically switch to darker colors at night. While this is automatic by default, it can be tweaked in the settings.
The big addition comes in the form of Japanese units, as follows.
JMSDF Units:
- Takasuki
- Yamagumo
- Minegumo
- Tachikaze
- Haruna
- Yushio

- Uzushio
