The business tycoon simulation game is set in the 1980s USA, a thriving time for industrial businesses to grow. Players have to manage every aspect of the businesses they own.

This includes building relationships with resource-management groups around the world, optimizing every aspect of production, and even maintaining relationships with the local community. Investing in the community produces happy, healthy workers, after all.

The new trailer shows off complexes, which are larger areas around production sites that help it run itself. The example used in the trailer is an iron production plant. It needs an extraction site, a power plant, and loading sites to take the iron to the next step in the production process.

Of course, people are needed to run the complex as well. Players can hire the best workers to keep things running smoothly between complexes. As everything runs together, it’s important to ensure it does well with good communication.

Players will be able to use complexes to conquer 15 different business scenarios in campaign mode. There will also be a sandbox mode to try everything out in, as well.

Excited fans can view the trailer below:

Rise of Industry 2 doesn’t have a release date yet, but it will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
