Today, publisher astragon Entertainment and developer To-Go Games their upcoming wildlife protection simulator, Ranger’s Path: National Park Simulator, will officially be launching in Early Access on PC (Steam and Epic Games Store) on March 10, 2025.
The team emphasized that they’ll be placing a strong emphasis on community feedback for this title, just like with the publisher’s previous simulation series such as Bus Simulator, Police Simulator: Patrol Officers, and Construction Simulator.
In Ranger’s Path: National Park Simulator, players will take on the role of a national park ranger responsible for managing daily tasks and responding to challenges in the scenic Faremont National Park. Gameplay revolves around everyday tasks a real-life ranger would complete, including clearing trails, collecting litter, repairing signs, helping lost hikers, or responding to urgent wildlife calls.
Alongside this, you’ll also experience the quieter side of day-to-day life, interacting with hikers, campers and other visitors to check tickets, camping permits, and fishing licenses, while also answering questions about sights and wildlife, and guide hikers to their chosen trail. Once missions have been completed, you’ll unlock new park areas and their associated tasks, new visitor groups, and, of course, additional flora and fauna.
Nature will be one of the biggest parts of the experience, as players can take in the Beautiful valley views, spectacular sequoia trees, and impressive mountains rising from the dense forests will delight any nature lover.
