One of the biggest pieces of news coming out of the event is that Porsche and Ford have officially joined Project Motor Racing. In total, eight new vehicles will be coming to the game, ranging from iconic championship cars like the 2023 Porsche 963 to the 2025 Aston Martin Valkyrie Hypercar.

  • 2023 Porsche 963
  • 1970 917K
  • 911 GT3 R (992)

  • 962C
  • 2025 Aston Martin Valkyrie Hypercar

GT1 and Group C will also be joining the signature classes for the racing simulator, bringing two of sports car racing’s most storied eras to life like never before. So far, nine racing classes have been announced, spanning half a century of motorsport, with more to come.

The roster of tracks will be expanding, with the three following legendary racecourses set to be added to Project Motor Racing: Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, the Nürburgring Nordschleife, and Mount Panorama, Bathurst. The game will launch with a total of 28 layouts across 18 global locations.

The game engine will run on True2Track technology, which features dynamic weather systems, adaptive racing lines with authentic drying/drainage behavior, and a synchronized 24-hour day/night cycle that mirrors real-world conditions. Project Motor Racing releases on November 25, 2025, for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.

Pre-orders are now open, and anyone who puts one in will get the base game and a bonus GTE Decade Pack. Anyone who is attending Gamescom can also to Hall 6 take a test drive by visiting the official booth at Hall 6 up until the event ends on August 24, 2025.
