PlayStation State of Play Coming This Week to Show First and Third-Party Games

PlayStation State of Play Feb 12

Today, Sony Interactive Entertainment announced the next PlayStation State of Play broadcast, and as usual, it isn’t far off.

The broadcast will happen on Thursday, February 12, at 2:00 p.m. PST, 5:00 p.m EST, 10:00 p.m. GMT, or 11:00 p.m. CET, depending on where you live.

This time around, it won’t focus on Japanese and Asian games like the previous one aired in November. It will instead include games from around the world, from third-party publishers, independent developers, and even Sony’s own first-party PlayStation Studios.

It will be available on both YouTube and Twitch (you can find the livestream embedded below, in case you want to follow along).

While the embed above has English narration, a version with Japanese subtitles will also be available.

Sony has plenty of games coming, like  Marvel’s Wolverine and Saros, respectively by Insomniac Games and Housemarque, and it isn’t unlikely that we may take another look at Bungie’s Marathon as Sony makes the effort to get it out the door, supported by as much hype as possible.

Ultimately, we’ll have to wait and see. At least, the wait isn’t very long. Of course, you can expect a full recap article covering every piece of news here on Simulation Daily, as we always do when there is this kind of event.
