Solo developer Quantum Vial Games has announced Pharmacy Management Simulator, an upcoming pharmaceutical sim where players own and operate their own pharmacy.
Pharmacy Management Simulator will let players fill prescriptions, administer vaccines, and even bill insurance. Billing insurance can make or break profit margins, with variable reimbursement rates from insurance.
Administering vaccines isn’t just a simple poke and done — being accurate with the shot will boost the pharmacy’s reputation. As players make more money and attract more customers, players will be able to expand their pharmacy.
Players will also be able to design and fill their pharmacy as they’d like, and they’ll need to refill shelves with various medicines and other items.
Pharmacy Management Simulator also deals with more than just managing the business side of things. Players will get the hilarious chance to quite literally “cool” down angry customers with a spray bottle.
There’s also a cat in the area that players can befriend, which can also attract customers. The cat can also soothe angry customers, but spraying them is a much more satisfying response.
Quantum Vial Games is the name for solo developer Cole. Cole is actually a pharmacist by day, giving the simulator a level of accuracy that couldn’t be achieved otherwise.
Pharmacy Management Simulator is set to release in Q1 of 2026 on PC. Players can check out the trailer and a gallery of screenshots for the upcoming sim below:
