The Palworld and Terraria collaboration, along with v0.6.0 of the game, is here, and the massive update adds a lot of Terraria-based content while also including several new features.
The highly anticipated Tides of Terraria part of the Palworld update adds several things, including the following:
- Terraria Dungeon with new enemies and materials
- Six weapons and seven armor pieces from Terraria
- The Moon Lord raid boss
Of course, the new enemies can also be tamed and brought back to base or used to fight.
That’s not all. The Palworld: Tides of Terraria update came with v0.6.0, which introduces several brand-new features and adjustments. The first of these is the single-player Arena.
The new Arena in Palworld is a challenge mode where players can fight others on the Palpagos Island. Players can climb the ranks and get tickets to exchange for rewards. In multiplayer, players who aren’t fighting can join in on the fun with the Arena spectator function.
Several new buildings, materials, and weapons were added as well. Two of the new weapons focus solely on supporting Pals as they fight: the Boost Gun and the Pal Recovery Grenade.
Pals themselves have had a few updates. Now, they can swim, and several new skills and passive skills have been added. There were also three new skins added: Crown Chillet, Cyber Jetragon, and Desert King Anubis.
Players can also gain trust with their Pals to increase the Pal’s stats. This doesn’t work the same for all Pals — weaker Pals will actually see more of a stat increase than stronger Pals.
Other new features in Palworld v0.6.0 include:
- Fishing
- Three New Islands: Tropical Islands, Iceberg Island, and Shipwreck Island
- New Pals
- Mission System
- Zoe’s Special Mission (Recruits Her as Ally)
- Cuddling with Pals
- Treasure Maps
- Enemy Bases
- Player Level Cap Raised to 65
- Turbulence Mechanic
Other bugs and balance changes were also included in the Palworld: Tides of Terraria v0.6.0 update. Players can watch the trailer for the update below:
