Earlier this month, developer/publisher Pathea Games announced that its newest installment in the My Time series, My Time at Evershine, will be released on Kickstarter. Not only did it only take 30 minutes to reach their goal of $200,000 when the project opened up on September 24, 2024, but it managed to pass $500,000 in just three hours.
Today, My Time at Evershine just passed another impressive donation threshold, as backers have already donated around $1.3 million in just four days. To celebrate this, Pathea Games unveiled not one but two unlocks, one of which was hidden.
The first is that backers can design different photo poses for eight core strategy characters, with a total of 80 poses. These poses will be available to all players. The second is that Logan from My Time at Sandrock will be in the game, and he’ll have some unique questlines for players to experience. You can see the full list of milestone unlocks so far below:
- $200k Raised – Backer T-shirt
- $250k Raised – Unlock flirting to build emotional connection with NPCs faster
- $300k Raised – Bathtub where your character can soak, recharge, and gain buffs
- $400k Raised – A new romance interaction for core romanceable characters
- $500k Raised – Vote on which Portia or Sandrock character will be in the game
- $600k Raised – Explore rivers by swimming scenic biomes
- $700k Raised – Soak in a hot spring alongside romanceable NPCS
- $800k Raised – A new player designed pet will be added to the game
- $900k Raised – Pajamas for core romance characters
- $ 1 million Raised – Design different photo poses for eight core strategy characters, with a total of 80 poses
- $1million Raised – Logan from My Time at Sandrock will be in the game
With 26 days left in the Kickstarter, there’s still a boatload of different goals that can be reached for the game, so be sure to check back for updates as the month goes on. While there is currently no release window for My Time at Evershine, we do at least know that the game will be released on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
