The wait is officially almost over, motocross fans. Today, publisher Nacon and developer KT Racing showed off the first trailer for their upcoming racing title MXGP 24 The Official Game. You can check out the video down below for the game, which will arrive on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S in late 2024.
Players will have access to 20 championship circuits, each with their own unique designs and challenges, including weather changes that will alter the condition of the tracks. You’ll also be able to compete wearing your favorite rider’s jerseys across the MX2 and MXGP categories. Game modes include solo races, online, and career mode, where you’ll be able to climb the ranks and make your name for yourself as a motocross legend.
MXGP 24 The Official Game is the first installment of the series since 2021, serving as the eighth title since it debuted back in 2014 under almost the same name (MXGP: The Official Motocross Videogame), though it was originally developed and published by Milestone. Nacon and KT Racing revealed that this will be the first of many titles to come in the reinvigorated series, as it is signed to produce multiple games until 2028.
Since its creation in 2019, Nacon (formerly Bigben Interactive) has been responsible for publishing numerous AA games across its 16 development studios, including The Sinking City, Cricket 24, Session: Skate Sim, and much more. Developer KT Racing, also known as Kylotonn, is best remembered for its WRC racing series, which has released seven games since it took over in 2013.
