It’s been two years since the last Monster Energy Supercross game came out. In that time, the franchise focused on rebuilding the game in Unreal Engine 5. Using this, Monster Energy Supercross 25 will look better than ever. Plus, the physics system will be more realistic than prior titles, immersing players even more in the Supercross sim.

There will also be a new dynamic terrain deformation system with evolving banks and ruts. As players do laps around the dirt tracks, it displaces the dirt (as it naturally does). Not only does this make a difference visually, but it also changes the track’s depth and dynamics.

Monster Energy Supercross 25 – The Official Video Game will follow the 2025 Supercross season. This will let players race following the official schedule and roster, racing on the same tracks and with the same bikes.

Game Director Sebastiano Stefanetto had exciting words to share:

“We’re so excited to have finally announced Monster Energy Supercross 25 – The Official Video Game. This new chapter is the result of intensive work and an extended development span that we took to ensure the game fully meets the demands of our community. We have carefully listened to our players’ feedback and worked to deliver the most spectacular, rough, and dirty entry in the series. We are confident that our efforts will take the adrenaline and fun to new heights, entertaining both longtime fans and newcomers alike.”

Senior Director of Operations for Feld Motor Sports Mike Muye was also thrilled for the release:

“To have the 2025 iteration of the game be available during the 2025 Supercross season is a significant accomplishment that we are proud to be a part of. It’s going to be another thrilling season, and we’re excited to share it in real-time with players around the world.”
