Giant-Size Brain Blast is a new game mode that puts twelve players against each other. The kicker? Everyone in the lobby has a massive head on their character model. This meme-y format will offer players event-exclusive titles and an emote that can be earned through playing.

There will be two rounds of the event, and title rewards will be given out as follows:

  • Top 500
  • Top 100
  • Top 10

Each round will get its own title, with round one starting on April 25 and round two starting on May 2.

NetEase Games also released Art Vision Volume 1 – The Genesis of Style, a new video series that dives into the art direction of Marvel Rivals.

Viewers will go behind the scenes of the design process. Art Director Dino Ma, along with other design experts, discuss how they created the interface, art styles, and animations of Marvel Rivals. This includes what they took as inspiration for the game.

More Art Visions will be released in the future. Fans can watch The Genesis of Style below:

Marvel Rivals launched with incredible success late last year, hitting 10 million players in just 72 hours. If you’re just coming back to the game (from that time or even later), check out the most recent patch notes here.
