The League of Legends 2024 World Championship Quarterfinals have concluded, and the results have set the stage for the semifinals later this week. These matches were all best of five, and some of them were quite the fight.

To kick things off, Weibo Gaming faced LNG Esports, and Weibo Gaming took the first game:

In game two, LNG Esports turned the tides and took the win:

In the next game, Weibo Gaming retook the reigns and won their second game of the match:

Weibo Gaming secured the fourth game, which gave the team the match and its spot in the semifinals:

The next match was between Hanwha Life Esports and Bilibili Gaming, where Hanwha Life Esports took the first game:

Bilibili Gaming locked in and took the second game:

Bilibili Gaming was able to take game three as well:

Game four went to Bilibili Gaming as well, giving the team the match and a place in the semifinals:

The next match was between Top Esports and T1. As the defending champions, T1 took game one:

T1 also took game two:

Game three also went to T1, sending the team to the semifinals:

The last Quarterfinals match in the League of Legends 2024 World Championship was between Gen.G and FlyQuest. The first game went to FlyQuest:

Gen.G came back for the second game, winning and taking a game for itself:

In true Worlds fashion, FlyQuest didn’t let Gen.G steamroll them – it came back to take game three:

Game four went back to Gen.G, tying the two teams up for a final game:

The tense tiebreaker ultimately went to Gen. G, sending the team to the semifinals:
