Nissan is one of the largest automobile brands in the world, especially in the drifting world. JDM: Japanese Drift Master’s contract with the brand will ensure that some of the biggest and best drifting cars will be in the game. The partnership announcement included a picture of the Nissan Skyline GT-R.

JDM has already signed on multiple other big brands, including Mazda, Subaru, and cosmetic brand ADBL. There should be more partnerships in the future for JDM as well.

JDM: Japanese Drift Master is an open-world drift racing sim set in Japan, the drift racing capital of the world. Players take the role of a foreigner going to Japan to make it big in the drifting world.

There’s no release date for JDM: Japanese Drift Master yet. However, it’s supposed to be released in 2024, which means it has roughly three months max. To keep track of its release, fans can wishlist the game on Steam, follow JDM’s social media channels, or join the game’s official Discord.

Excited fans can check out the prologue, JDM: Rise of the Scorpion, for free on Steam now. Reviews on Steam are sitting at Mostly Positive. The prologue follows Hatori “Scorpion” Hatashi, one of the best racers in Japan. JDM tells its story through manga panels, a unique feature that makes the game stand out.
